Workshop Overview
The Head & Breakfast Workshop is an all-inclusive retreat-style immersive, four-day program designed for medical professionals—including doctors, dentists, physician associates, nurse practitioners, and nurses—who seek to enhance their expertise in facial anatomy, filler & toxin complication management, and ultrasound applications in aesthetic procedures.
This comprehensive course combines human donor facial anatomy dissections with hands-on ultrasound training, providing participants with practical experience in identifying anatomical structures and managing potential complications. Live models are included for ultrasound practice, and all necessary products are provided during the training.
The course offers Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits upon completion. Prerequisites include an active medical license; no prior ultrasound experience is required. Class size is limited to 14.

Head & Breakfast Anatomy Cadaver Workshop Description
All-inclusive facial anatomy retreat experience! Includes 20 hours CME, all meals, complimentary lodging in Julie & Jory’s bed & breakfast homes, educational materials, deluxe swag bag too. Enjoy a home cooked meal at Julie & Jory’s home, and a fancy dinner out in Ashland. Local organic food, wine and cheese, and enjoy time to shop downtown tax free. This workshop is like any other facial anatomy workshop. Small groups create friendships and community with 14 licensed injectors maximum and a cadaver to student ratio of 2:1, and occasionally 3:1. Room Assignments will be given when you arrive. Arrivals Thursday to Medford International Airport, Oregon (MFR) any time. Departures on Sunday afternoon preferred.

- Cadaver experience and class size:
This workshop emphasizes extensive cadaver access to maximize repetition and anatomical learning.
Cadaver-to-student ratio: 1 donor per 2 participants
Typical cohort: 12 participants with 6 cadaveric donors
- Ultrasound utilization and device access:
Ultrasound is woven into the curriculum as a practical tool for improving safety, confirming planes, and building foundational competence in ultrasound use within an aesthetics practice. Participants utilize both Mindray and Clarius ultrasound systems during the workshop experience.
- What you’ll learn:
The curriculum is designed to help participants translate anatomy into safer, more reliable injection outcomes, with emphasis on:
Layer-by-layer anatomical exploration to improve confidence in injection depth and placement
Enhanced accuracy for filler and toxin techniques through cadaver injection and dissection confirmation
Practical integration of ultrasound to support safer injections and clinical decision-making
Foundational approaches to complication prevention through improved anatomical understanding and ultrasound use
- Meals, lodging, and included materials:
Meals: Included from Friday at 8:00 a.m. through Sunday at noon, including breakfast and dinner at Julie & Jory’s home, one hosted dinner out, and meals during workshop days
Lodging: Optional no-cost accommodations in one of two Bed & Breakfast homes from Thursday night through Sunday morning

Who is eligible to attend?
Licensed medical aesthetics providers. The course is nationally accredited for physicians, dentists, physician associates, nurse practitioners, and nurses.
How many participants are in each cohort?
Cohorts are capped at 12 licensed injectors.
How many CME hours are provided and who accredits the activity?
The workshop provides 20 CME hours. The activity is planned with AKH Inc., jointly accredited by ACCME, ACPE, and ANCC.
What is included in tuition?
Tuition includes a four-day agenda, all meals during workshop days, a group dinner in town, and complimentary lodging at the program homes.
Is lodging required?
No. Guest rooms at the program’s two homes are optional and complimentary; choosing outside lodging does not change tuition.
What should I pack, and what is provided?
Pack light, casual clothing and a business-casual outfit for dinner. The program supplies a list of essentials (towels, toiletries, notebook, etc.);
What is the refund or rebooking policy?
If you cannot attend, you may be rebooked to a different date; refunds are not offered.
Cancellation Policy
