Rooms
Complimentary lodging is offered for workshop nights at two program homes—The Victorian Secret and Alley-By Loft. There are 6 private rooms and 3 shared rooms (two beds per shared room; no one shares a bed). Choosing outside lodging does not change tuition. Room assignments and access details are provided prior to arrival.

Nights included: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday are included at no cost. Additional nights may be available with advance notice at $150/night.

A modern loft with a rooftop patio and views of town; an arts-focused space used for lodging and small group gatherings.

- What’s Provided
Essentials such as bedroom fans and blow dryers are available in the homes. PPE for lab sessions is supplied at the Training Center. Pack comfortable clothing; bring scrubs or leggings for dissections.
- Accessibility
The Training Center is on an upper floor with no elevator, and the homes require use of stairs to enter and exit. Attendees must be able to manage stairs safely.
- Allergies & Pets
Please alert the team to any food or animal allergies. A large, friendly dog, “Jamba” live in the hosts’ home.
- Travel & Check-In
Fly into Medford International Airport (MFR) and use Lyft for local transport. Addresses and door codes for your assigned home are sent ahead of time. Room assignments are issued before arrival.
